2. Subscriptions & Payments
Our Launch Plan subscription is billed at $297/month with a six (6) month minimum commitment.
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled according to these Terms.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (or other trusted third-party payment processors).
If a payment fails or is past due, services may be suspended until payment is received.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate business and contact information.
Obtain consent from your customers before adding them to automations or SMS campaigns.
Not misuse services for unlawful purposes, spam, or prohibited communications.
4. SMS & Communications Compliance
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages, including missed call texts, reminders, and review requests.
Message & data rates may apply.
You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to a message.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own customers also consent to receive automated communications.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and content we create remain the property of Spicy Monkey, LLC until full payment is received.
Clients may not resell or replicate our proprietary systems without written consent.
6. Termination & Cancellation
Clients may cancel after fulfilling their 6-month minimum term.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email to [email protected]).
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be posted at spicymonkey.co/terms with the revised effective date.
